Grid&
Grain
We take Singapore brands into Vietnam — and up to 70% of the work is funded by Enterprise Singapore.
How the funding works
Enterprise Singapore’s Market Readiness Assistance grant reimburses SMEs for the cost of entering a new overseas market. The order matters — get it wrong and the funding is lost.
We scope & quote
We qualify your eligibility, then issue an itemised quotation addressed to your exact registered company name — ready for your application.
You apply first
You submit on the Business Grants Portal before signing or paying us. We guide you — but the claim only survives if approval comes first.
We deliver, you claim
Once your Letter of Offer lands, we produce the work. You claim back up to 70% with our invoice and the delivered assets.
What we build
A market-entry creative package, mapped to what the grant actually funds — localised, on the ground, and evidenced for your claim.
Brand localisation
Your identity, adapted for Vietnam — naming, tone, visual system, and the cultural nuance that decides whether a brand lands or bounces.
Vietnamese collateral
Sales decks, menus, brochures, product and web copy — written for the market, not translated at it.
Launch photography & film
On-location shoots in Ho Chi Minh City — the imagery, video and campaign assets that carry your launch.
Campaigns & KOL
Localised social, paid campaigns and vetted Vietnamese KOL partnerships that put the brand in front of the right audience.
Selected work
Restaurant market entry
Full brand, menu engineering, and a lifestyle content shoot for a concept launching in Ho Chi Minh City.
Vietnam sales content
Repositioned an IT solutions firm’s sales material to land with Vietnamese buyers.
NTU — ASPIRE League
Event identity, backdrop and e-booklet design for a Nanyang Technological University alliance.
Led by Shaun Ang
Grid & Grain is a Singapore-registered creative studio, led by Shaun Ang — a creative director and photographer with 15 years across brand strategy, creative direction, photography and digital marketing, and over a decade building in Vietnam.
He previously founded and ran a Singapore–Vietnam creative agency, and has delivered brand and content work from F&B and retail to Nanyang Technological University. The studio pairs that track record with what most can’t offer: a Singapore entity and a team on the ground in Ho Chi Minh City — so your brand qualifies for grant support and still gets made where the market actually is.

Launching in Vietnam?
Tell us the brand and the timeline. We’ll come back with a scope, an eligibility read, and the number after grant support.
Got a client heading into Vietnam and no delivery arm on the ground? That’s exactly what we are. Refer them — we handle the localised creative, you keep the relationship.
