Ho Chi Minh City, or Saigon as the locals call it, is a bustling city full of life and culture. It is the financial hub of Vietnam, and as a city which never sleeps, a great place to chill and party into the late hours. In the morning around 4:30am, street food vendors start setting up their stalls and food to prepare for the bustling crowd of office workers and students alike, serving up tasty dishes which are more than just the well-known Pho. Cafes are filled with the usual fare of working crowd and tourists lounging around sipping coffee and chatting away. In a few alleyways, street barbers tend to their clients in well-used chairs, clipping and shaving away.
